Comes now the undersigned, as the duly appointed Conservator
of the above referenced estate, and respectfully petitions this
Cdurt for an Order approvinq the sale of certain real property
owned by Absentee, and in support thereof would state as follows:
1. The above named Absentee is the fee simple owner of

certain real property (hereinafter the "Real Property") located in :
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as:
The West 93.75 feet of Lot 4, Block 7, Replat of Palm ,
Gardens, Plat Book J~_, Paqe St. Lucie county,
Florida.
2. The Conservator, by and through her duly appointed
attorney in fact has entered into a Contract for the Sale and
Purchase of the Real Property, a copy of said Contract beinq
attached hereto and labeled as Exhibit "A."
3. The Real Property has been vacant and has not generated
income for the Conservatorship, and there is no need to retain this
asset in the Absentee's estate.
4. The Contract entered into on behalf of the Conservatorship
represents the best offer to purchase the Real Property which has
been received to date by the Conservator.
5. The Real Pro rt has been listed with a real estate a ent

~ 6. The Conservator believes that it is in the best interests

E of the Absentee and the Conservatorship that the Real Property be

sold pursuant to the terms of the Contract.

~ 7. The net ~ales proceeds shall be invested by the

~ Conservator in income producing securities, to be held by the

~ Conservator until the dissolution of the Conservatorship and

~ distribution of assets pursuant to Court order.
