The followinq provisions are added as. additional provisions
of the Contract for Sale and Purchase between the Conservatorship
of Carolyn Sue Sanders as "Seller" and Douqlas A. Latshaw as
"Buyer":
1. That this transaction is subject to Court approval and the
entry of an Order by the Probate Court authorizinq the
Conservatorship to sell the property in accordance with the terms
and conditions of the Contract for Sale and Purchase.
