~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the proposed sale by the
i Conservatorship to Douglas A. Latshaw in the amount of FORTY-FIVE

~ THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($45,000.00), pursuant to Contract
~ dated December 13, 1989, be and the same is hereby approved, and

~ the Conservator, on behalf of the Conservatorship, is hereby
~ authorized to convey fee simple ownership of the property to
Douqlas A. Latshaw in accordance with the terms and conditions of
said Contract, and
