The Petitioner, PAMALEB E. t~NCHETTI, alleges: ~ s •

1. That she is the personal representative of the es[ate of DANE

~ DANIEL MENCHETTI, deceased. '

2. The assets of this estate consist of resl property located in '
LawnWOOd Addition to the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Coun[y, Florida, and ~

more particularly described as follows: - ~ ~
Lots 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31, Block 15, LAWNWOOD ADDITION, according to !
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 16, of the !i
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together vith the South i
~ 8 feet of vacated alley ad~oining the North line of said Lot 27. ~
3. The estate has received an offer to purchase the real property
for the sum of $92,500.00. A copy of said Contract for Sale and Purchase is ~
attached hereto as Exhibit A and by reference incorporated herein.
4. Said contract calls for a closing on or before February 1, 1990.
! 5. Although the decedent is survived by minor chilyden, all of these

i children vere living with the deceden['s surviving spouse, Pamalee E.
` Menchetti, in a separate residence at 521 Iaoria Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, ;

~ at the time of decedent's death. Please see Affidavit dated March 3, 1989 ~

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that an Order be entered ;
