On the verified Petition of the personal represeacative of this ~
estate for an order authorizing the sale of real property more particularly

-described as folloWS:
Lots 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31, Block 15, LAWNWOOD ADDITION, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 16, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together With the South
8 feet of vacated slley ad~oining the North line of said Lot 27.

the Court finds that a21 interested persons have been served proper notice of
this hearing and have waived notice thereof, that the material allegations of
the Petition are true, that the above-described real property was not
homestead property, and tha[ it is in the best interests of the estate to sell
the real property described in the Petition at private sale, upon the terms
and conditions and at the price described in said Petition. It is thereupon
ADJUDGED that PAMALEE E. MENCHETTI, as personal representative of the
Estate of Dane Daniel Menchetti, deceased, is hereby authorized to sell the
real property more particularlq described above, for a purchase pri~e of
$92,500.00, and the personal representative is authorized to execute all
instruments and documents necessary to effect such sale.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
