of RAYMOND E. RIDICR, Personal Representative of the Estate, to

~ material allegations of the Petition are true; and that the dece-
~ dent died owning certain real property and that such real prop-

~ erty constituted the homestead of the decedent; and that all per-
~ sons havin an interest in such real ro ert have either oined
