County, Florida, is determined to be the homestead property of
Marion T. Ridick, within the meaninq of Article X, Section 4 of

b. Said property descended, upon the death of Marion
T. Ridick, to Raymond E. Ridick and Evelyn Mead, as tenants in
common, each with a one-half undi~•ided interest in the whole; and

c. Said property descended free of the claims of cred-
itors.
