PETITION FOR DI3CHAFtGE ~ .
Petitioners, as co-personal representatives of the above
estate, allege:
1. The decedent, EVELYN L. GREEN, a resident of 3t. Lucie
County, Florida, died on May 16, 1989, and Letters of
Administration were issued ta Petitioners on June 30, 1989.
2. Petitioners have fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement, or other dispositian of a12 claims and debts
~ that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all taxea and expenses of administration.
3. Petitioners have filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed With
this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
obligations for both federal and Florida estate ~taxes, if any.
