5. Petitioners, pursuant to 5731.302 of the Florida Probate
Code, and as permitted by Fla. R.P. ~ G.P. 5.400(f), files herewith
waivers and receipts signed by all interested persons:
(a) waiving the filing and service of a final accounting;
tb) waiving the inclusion in this petition of the amount of
compensation paid or to be paid to the co-person~l
representativea, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or
other agents employed by the co-personal representatives;
(c) waiving the inclusion in this petition of a plan of
distribution;
(d) waiving service of this Petition and all notice thereof;
(e) acknoWledging receipt of complete distribution of the
share of the estate to which they are entitled; and

if) consentinq to the entry of an order discharging
' Petitioners, as co-personal representatives, without
' notice, hearing or Waiting Feriod and Without further

i Petitioners request that an order be entered discharging
