All such powers shall be exercisable by my Personal

Representative without prior application to or subsequent
ratification by the Orphans' Court of Anne Arundel County or any ~

other Court. My Personal Representative is also authorized to '
retain any investments owned by me at my death or otherwise until';

such time, as in its sole and absolute judgment, it would be j ~

desirable to dispose of same under the powers hereinabove con- ~ .

ferred, and the decision ot my Personal Representative shall be
conclusive and without liability upon it for any loss occasioned~
by reason of such retention or for lack of diversification.
I hereby authorize my Personal Representative to execute~

in the name of or on behalf of myself or my estate any joint
income tax return which may be filed jointly with my said wife,
or her Personal Representative, after my death; and my Personal

Representative shall not require my said wife, or her Personal
Representative, to give any bond or other security or indemnity =

in connection therewith nor shall m~• Personal Representative be ~

personally liable in the event of any loss resulting therefrom. ~ '
ITEM S7X: If my kife shall die simultaneously with me
or under such circwrstances that it is impossible, or there is ~
no sufficient proof, to determine who predeceased the other, I;
direct that my wife shall be deemed to have survived me and ;

that the provisions of the WiZl shall be construed upon that . ~
