COMES NOW, UTICIA LEE WALLACE, the domiciliarp personal
representative of the above-styled estate, and petitions for
approval of the attached Contract for Sale and Purchase of a parcel
of the real propertp of the above-stpled estate and as qrounds ,
therefore, the undersiqned states and Would show thia Court: ~
1. One of the assets of the estate ia real propertp
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as folloWS:
Lot 10, Block 336, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TWENTY-FIVE,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
13, Paqes 32, 32A throuqh 32I, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
2. The Petitioner has rece~ved an offer to purchase the
described property upon the terms and conditions as set forth in
the Contract for Sale amd Purchase attached hcreto and made a part
~ hereof as Eahibit l.
~ 3. Petitioner considers it is in the best interest of

! the estate and of those iaterested in the estate that the real

~ property described be sold at the price and upon the terms offered
~ for the reason that it Will facilftate distribution of the estate
~ since distribution in kind of the property subject to this petition

~ ~aould be impractical and the sale is necessary in order to comply
with the terms of the Last Wili and Testament of the decedent.
There are sufficient funda to pay debts and claims, if any, of the

~ WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be entered
