On the petition of UTICIA LEE WALLACE for an order
admitting authenticated transcript to record, it appearinq to the
Court and the Court findinq that:
l. The decedent ICYLENE SMITH aJk/a ICYLENE C. S1~lITH,
died on January 23, 1989, While a resident of Lincoln County, West
Virqinia;
2. Petitioner is the domiciliary personal representative
of the decedent's estate;
3. The decedent left property in this state the value
of which does not eaceed $25,000.00;
4. The authenticated transcript of the domiciliary
proceedinqs in the estate of the decedent filed with this Court is
entitled to be recorded;
; 5. The authenticated copy of the probated will and all
~ codicils of the decedent comply aith Florida laW and are entitled
~ to prabate in this state; and
6. The decedent's estate is eatitled to the benefits of
~ Section 734.1025 of the Florida Prabate Code; it is:
~ ADJUDGED that the authenticated transcript of the
~ domiciliary proceedinqs be recorded in the public records of this
county and the will and all codicils shown in the transcript are
~ admitted to probate as and for the last Will of the decedent.
