CONTRACTOR. including the real property
situate at 1239 Woodland Avenue, Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania 15212, and all inventory,
• equipment, vehicles, accounts and
liabilities thereof to my daughter,
ROBERTA B. SCHREIBER. For so long as the E
said business shall be operated, my wife, ~
DOROTHY M. FUCHS, shall be paid from the
roceeds of the business the sum of '
~1,000.~0 per month for the balance of her
natural lifetime or until she shall remarry, '
whichever should first occur.
F. All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, in equal shares, unto my wife,
DOROTHY M, FUCHS, and my daughter, ROBERTA
B. SCHREIBER.

In the event my said wife, DOROTHY M. FUCHS, shall
predecease me, or should we meet a simultaneous death as Che
result of a common disaster~ or should she die within thirty (30)

days of my death, then and in that event. I give, devise and
bequeath my entire estate, real, personal and mixed~ of whatso-
ever nature and wheresoever situate~ unto my daughter~ ROBERTA B.
SCHREIBER, with the exception af the devise of. all my pPrs~nal
jewelry to my grandson, DAVID SCHREIBER, as set forth above. 's

In the event my said daughter. ROBERTA B. SCHREIBER,
shall predecease me, her share hereunder sha11 go, in equal

shares, unto her children.

T direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay any and
