I, BESSIE R. EVERS, a resident of, and domiciled in, 8ills-
borough County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this
instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any
and all wills and codicils I formerly may have made.
ARTICLE I - DEBTS
I direct that all debts which I am legally obligated to pay
at the time of my death, my Iast illness and funeral expenses,
including the cost of a suitable monument at my grave, and costs of
administration of my estate shall be paid as soon as practicable
after my death. ~
ARTICLE II - TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY
I give and devise such of my tangible personal property to
those persons designated in a separate writing in eaistence at the
time of my death, which is signed by me, is dated and which
describes the items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
ARTICLE III - SPECIFIC DEVISE
A. Devise to Daughter. I give and devise to my daughter,
ALDENE EVERS REYNOLDS, real and personal property as follows:
1. The following described real property in eillsborough
County, Florida, to-wit:
My home legally described as: The N i/2 of the SE i/4
of the NB 1/4 of Section 4, Tawnship 31 South, Range. 22
East, LESS road right-of-way, TOGETAER WITH the furniture
and all contents therein.
AND
The N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 3,
Township 31 South, Range 22 East.
2. All of the common stock that I may own at the time of
my death in W. L. Evers, Inc.
3. All of my jewelry, not otherwise disposed of hereunder.
B. Devise to Grandson. I give and devise to my grandson,
BRITT D. REYNOLDS, all motor vehicles that I own at the time of my
death.
