C. During my lifetime I have established several joint and
survivor accounts with my daughter, ALDBNE EVERS REYNOLDS. I
confirm that i intend for survivorship provisions to apply, as I
intend that money or funds in my joint name with my daughter shall
be my daughter's sole prop~rty at my death.
ARTICLE IV - DEVISE OP' REMAINDER

I give and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my
property, including all lapsed legacies and devises or other gifts
made by this Will which fail for any reason, including the proceeds
from any insurance policies which are payable to my personal repre-
sentative or my estate, and also including any property or interest
in property, real or personal or mixed, over which I may have a
power of appointment, in equal shares to my daughter, ALDENE EVERS
REYNOLDS, and my stepson, LUCIAN C. EVERS.
In the event of the death of either my daughter or my stepson
prior to my death, this devise shall not lapse but shall descend to
the issue of my said daughter or stepson.
ARTICLE V- TRUST FOR MINOR BENEFICIARIES
A. General Provisions. If any part of my estate, other than

; a devise of tangible personal property under Article II hereof, ;

~ becomes distributable absolutely to any beneficiary who has not ~

attained eighteen (18) years of age at the time of distribution,
i then his or her share shall be distributed to my trustee herein-

~ after designated, IN TRUST, and the tr.ustee shall use so much of
~ the income and principal of such beneficiary's particular share as
~ is necessary or desirable in the exercise of the trustee's dis-
~ cretion, for the proper health, education (including college and
~
~ professional education), support and maintenance of such bene-

ficiary. Any income not so used shall be added to the principal of
` the trust at the end of each fiscal year of the trust. At the time
~ such beneficary attains the age of eighteen (18) years, or his or
s her death, whichever occurs first, the trust shall terminate as to
