I, EVELYN G. MAI, a citizen and resident of Martin County,
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do

hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills and Codicils thereto
by me at any time heretofore made and do hereby make, publish
and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament.
I.
~ I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral
expenses and the expenses of my last illness be paid as soon
as practicable after my death. ,
II.
In accordance with the provisions of Florida Statutes,
Section 732.515, I give and bequeath certain items of my
tangible personal property to those persons designated in

a separate writing, in existence at the time of my death, ~
which is signed by me and which describes the items and the
'
recipients with reasonable certainty.

I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue

and remainder of my estate, including property over which

~ I may have a power of appointment, as follows:

~ To my good friends, ROBERT CARMAN and ANNETTE CARMAN,

! his wife, or to the survivor of them, ten (10) per cent.

? To my brather, CHARLES L. KOCH, ten (10) per cent.

To my good friend, RICHARD SHIELDS, II, ten (10) per
cent.
To my late husband's granddaughter, JEANETTE LYNN
CRADDOCK, ten (10) per cent.
