5. The following is a complete list of the assets in this
estate and their estimated values, together with those assets
claimed to be exempt:
NON-~MPT:
A) 633 shares of common stock of
Elizabethtown Water Company
@ 37.75 per share $ 23,895.75
B) Personal effects - estimated value fi 500.00
EXEMPT:
A) Homestead furniture and furnishings
and appliances having a value not in
excess of ~10,000.00
6. To the best knowledqe of the Petitioner, the value of
the entire estate subject to administration in this state, less
the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, does
not exceed $25,000.00. '
: 7. The estate is not indebted.
8. Petitioner, as sole beneficiary, consents to the
distribution of Elizabethtown Water Company stock to herself as
Trustee Under the Jane G. Radcliffe Trust Agreement dated
12/22/89 FBO Jane G. Radcliffe, as set forth in paragraph 9

~ 12. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated
w July 13, 1987, is in the possession of the above court or
~ accompanies this petition.
