THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made this 12th day of January,
1990, between HARBOUR RIDGE, LTD., a Florida Limited Partnership,
Party of the First Part, having its principal place of business in
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and
MICHAEL G. KINSELLA and MARZLYN KINSELLA, his wife,
Party of the Second Part, whose post office address is:
25 Kathleen Drive, Andover, MA 01810
WITNESSETH, that the said Party of the First Part, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) , to be paid by the
Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained; and sold to the Party of the
Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, the followi~g
described land, situate, lying and being in the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
