entitied CORAL COVE BEACH SECTION ONE as recorded in Plat
Book 11 at Pages 30A and 30B of the public records of St.
Lucie County,Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Bimini Drive
and the North right-of-way line of a 100 foot wide right-of-way
for State Road A-1-A as shown on said Plat of CORAL COYE BEACH
SEGTION ONE (said Bimini Drive since being vacated by St.
Lucie County) run thence N 87 degrees OS'47" W along the North
right-of-way line of State Road A-1-A, 125.0~ feet; thence run
N 02 degrees 51'13" E, 256.67 feet; thence run N 87 deqrees
29'21" W, 9.60 feet to the Northeasterly corner of the herein~
described UNIT 2? and the POI~7T OF BEGINNING (P.O.B.); thence
run S 02 degrees 30'39" W, 11.45 feet; thence run N 87 degrees
29'21" W, 6.64 feet; thence run S 02 degrees 30'39" W, 6.42
feet; thence run S 48 degrees 28'41" W, 4.68 feet; thence run
N 87 degrees 29'2I" W, 42.08 feet; thence run N 02 degrees

three (3) courses run along the centerline of a"party Wall",
