SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this ~5~ day of January, 1990, between
ALGOCEN, FIARIDa, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred
to as "Grantor", and
CAR1~N I~JNE'ZTA and JANET I~INETTA, his wife, whose address is
1450 N.W. 207th Street, Miami, Florida 33169, hereinafter referred
to as "Grantee".
WITNESSETH: ~
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ~
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it
in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to Grantee,
their successors, heirs, legal representatives and assigns forever,
the following described real property situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Unit 1409, AISO IDENTIFIED AS PH-9 (the "Unit"), of
ISLAND DUNES OCEANSIDE CONDOMINIUM II, a Condominium (the
"Condominium") according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof dated September 18, 1989 and
recorded on September 29, 1989 in Official Records Book
656, Page 1534, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida (the "Declaration of Condominium"), as amended,
together with the undivided share of the COIrII~iON ELEMENTS
of the Condominium declarEd in the Declaration of
Condonzinium tc be appurtenant thereto, including, without
limitation, the right of exclusive use of those areas,
spaces or portions of COMMON ELEMENTS of the Condominium,
declared in the Declaration of Condominium to be LIMITED
COMMON ELEMENTS of the Unit (the "Property").
