reservations, restrictions, aqreements and easements of
record, which affect the Property.
AND Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantse that except
as noted above, at t3~e time of the delivery of this Special
warranty Deed, the premises were free from all encumbrances made
by the Grantor, and that the Grantor will warrant and defend the
same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming
by, through or under the Grantor, but against no other.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Special Warranty Deed has been
