declare this as, and to be, my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any and all Wills and Codicils at any time heretofQre
made by me.
ARTICLE ONE
I direct aIl my funeral expenses and legal debts not
barred by the Statutes of the State of Florida be paid as
promptly as practicable.
ARTICLE TWO

~ I desire and direct that all estate, inheritance and
~ death taxes, if any, i.mposed with respect to my gross estate for

~ tax purposes, or any part of it, whether or not passing under

~ this will, together with any interest and penalties, be paid as
