brother, IRE ANDERSON. If either brother should predecease me,
then his share shall go to my sister, SIV LARSON. if my sister,
SIV LARSON, should predecease me, then her share shall go to my
brothers, OLAF ANDERSON and IRE ANDERSON, in equal shares or ta
the survivor of them.
ARTICLF SIX
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint RICHARD
. SPOONER, as Personal Representative of this my Last Will and
Testament. In the event that he should predecease me or fail to
serve for any reason, I nominate, constitute and appoint THERESA
SPOONER, as Personal Representative of this my Last Will and
Testament. My Personal Representative shall not be required to
post bond for the faithful performance of his or her services in
any jurisdiction.
