sentative, in the Personal Representative's absolute
discretion, in as nearly equal portions as may be practicable,
having due regard for the preferences of my children. In the
event that a child of mine shall predecease me, the share of
that child shall be divided pro rata amonq those of my children
who do survive me. In tl~?e event none of my children survive me,
this devise shall lapse and shall pass as Fart of my residuary
estate.
ARTICLE III

All the rest, residue and remainder of the property which
I may own at the time o£ my death, real, personal anc~ mixed,
tangible and intanqible, o£ whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situated, including all property which I may acquire or become
entitled to after the execution of this Will, includina all
lapsed legacies ~nd devises, I qive and devise to my spouse,
VIRGINIA C. ALWINE. If my spouse shall not survive me, my
residuary estate shall t~e divided by my Personal Representative
into as many equal shares as I shall then have children livinq
