who predeceased the other, I shall be deemed to have survived
such beneficiary and the provisions of this Will shall be

ARTICLE V
PERSONAL REPRESENTATION
A. I hereby nominate and appoint my spouse, VIRGINIA C.
ALWINE, as Personal Representative of this my Last Will and

Testament. If she is unwilling or unable to serve, I appoint
my daughter, ANN K. HOPTA, my son, JAMES J. ALWINE, and my

attorney, MELVIN SCHWARTZ, ESQ., currently residing in Highland
Beach, Florida, to serve as alternate Co-Personal Representatives.
B. It is my requ~st and direction that no bond or other
security shall be required of any fiduciary named hereunder.
C. I hereby give to my Personal Representative full
power and authority, at any time or times, to sell, mortgage,
pledge, exchange or otherwise deal with or dispose of the ~

property comprising my estate, upon such terms as shall be
deemed be t• ~
s, to settle and compromise any and all claims in i
favor of or against my estate as shall be deemed advisable
and for any of the foregoing purposes to make, execute and
deliver all deeds, contracts, mortgages, bills of sale or
other instruments necessary or desirable therefor. My ~
Personal Representative is expressly authorized to postpone
final distribution of my estate, pending final determination
of tax liabilities in connection therewith.
ARTICLE VI

A. The paragraph headings used are for convenience only
and shall not be resorted to for interpretation of this Will.
Wherever the context so requires, the masculine shall include
the feminine and neuter and the singular shall include the
plural. If any portion of this Will is held to be void or
unenforceable, the balance of this Will shall nevertheless be
