I, Gottlieb ti. Iszler, also known as G. M. Iszler,_a resident
of Streeter, in the County of Stutsman and State of North Dakota,
bein~ of sound and disposing mind and memory, and mindful of the un-
certainty of this frail and transitory life, and not acting unc~er :
duress, fraud, nor undue inf_luence of any person whomsoever, do
hereby make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and ~
testament, and I do hereby expressly revoke any and all other wills ~
and codicils to wills which may have heretofore been made by me. ~
First: I direct that my executor hereinafter named, or his ~
successor, shall pay all of my just debts and obligations, including ~
all funeral and burial expenses, the expenses of my last illness, ~
and the costs and expenses of probating this, my last will and tes- ~
tament, all as may be duly and properly allowed by the Court having
jurisdiction over the probate of my estate, as soon after my demise
as may lawfully and conveniently be done, and shall pay all estate
and inheritance taxes from the residue of my estate.
Second: I qive and devise unto my son, MIlton Iszler, All of
Section Nineteen (19), in Township One Hundred Thirty-eight ~138)
North, Range Sixty-nine (69) West of the I'ifth Principal Meridian, in
Stutsman County, North Dakota, and the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of
Section Thirty-three (33), in Township One Hundred Thirty-eight (138)
tdorth, Range Seventy (70) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in
Kidder County, tdorth Dakota, tohave and to hold the same unto him and ;
his heirs and assigns, forever.
