or issued in the names of myself and another person or persons,
I declare it to be my intention that all my rights, title and
interest in any such property shall immediately pass to the joint
owner or co-owner named in any instrument pertaining to such
property, whether or not my right, title or interest in any such
property would by operation of law upon my death vest in or pass
to such surviving person. I make this provision in order to
eliminate any doubt or question as to the right of any such person
, to succeed to the full and immediate possession and ownership of
such property upon my death.
FOURTH: I devise to my children, CARL JOSEPH JOHNSON, JR.,
JUDITH ELLEN JOHNSON, and BEVERLY JEAN JOHNSON FRILLING, in equal
shares, my property (house and lot) located at 706 Garden Aver~ue,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. If any of said children
shall predecease me, his share shall be distributed to his spouse,
if living, and not remarried, and to the child's lineal descendants
then living in the proportions of intestate succession in Florida;
~ and if there are none of those persons the share of a deceased
C child shall be added in equal shares to the shares of my other
~
~ children, whether living or deceased.

FIFTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
~ of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated, I leave to my
~ children, CARL JOSEPH JOHNSON, JR., JUDITH ELLEN JOHNSON, and
BEVERLY JEAN JOHNSON FRILLING, to be distributed by my personal
` representative,hereinaf ter named,according to each child`s needs,
said needs and the manner of distribution to be determined in the
sole discretion of said personal representative.
