SIXTH: I hereby constitute and appoint my son, CA~2L JOSEPH
JOHNSON, JR., to be personal representative of my estate. If he
does not serve, I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter, _
BEVERLY JEAN JOHNSON FRILLING, to be the alternate personal repre- .

sentative. I direct that no bond be required of the personal re-
presentative of my estate.
SEVENTH: My personal representative, hereinabove named, shall
have the following powers and responsibilities, to be exercised in
his discretion without any order of court:
A. With regard to both real and personal property,
for the purpose of obtaining funds for payment of taxes, claims and
the costs of administration, and for every other proper purpose, he
may sell, at public or private sale, lease, pledge, transfer and
convey in such manner and on such terms as he may deem advisable

and in the best interests of my estate.
B. To execute and deliver such instruments of every
; kind, nature and description as may be necessary to carry out and

. effectuate any of the above described transactions made by him-.
~ C. To collect, pay, contest, compromise or abandon
a
~ claims of or against my estate.
