I, William Plunket~, domiciled in and resident of Clinton,
Maryland, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking ~11 former Wills and Codicils by
me heretofore made.
ITEM I: It is my will and direction ~hat my Executrix,
hereinafter named, pay or cause to be paid and satisfi~d, all the
expenses of my last illness, funeral and interment, and all
. taxes, ~'ederal, state, county or other in such amounts as she
may deem to be proper as soon after my death as may be practical.
My said Executrix is authorized, empowered and directed to incur
such bills and expenses for my £uneral and interment as in her
discretion are proper, without regard to any limitations imposed
by law or rule of Court in force at my legal domicile at the time
of my death.
ITEM II: I give, bequeath and devise to my sister,
riary Kathryn Savage, if she survives me, alI my camera equipment,
all of my jewelry, and my five mahogany marbletop living room .

ITEM III: I give, bequcath and devise to Marian A. Maloney,
if she survives me, my 1966 Plymouth Valiant automobile, the
jointly owned 1976 Ford Granada, my Quasar 19" color television,
my Gold Star 12" black and white television, my Singer sewing
machine, and all my personal effects, household goods, pictures,
