ITEM VIII: I give, bequeath and devise to Marian A.
Maloney, if she survives me, to hold for her life, a life estate
in my real property known as 8317 Deborah Street, Clinton,
Maryland, without bond or security, and I give, bsqueath and
devise the remainder interest in said real property in fee simple
to my sister, Mary Kathryn Savage, if she survives me. If
Mary Kathryn Savage predeceases me, I give, bequeath and devise
the remainder interest in said real property in fee simple to .
my niece, Kathryn Brooke Savage and to my nephew, Christopher
Edward Savage, to be theirs jointly, and each to have an equal
interest in said property as joint tenants and not as tenants
in common .
ITEM IX: I give, bequeath and devise to my sister,
Mary Kathryn Savage, if she survives me, the real property
situated on Lot 6, Block 104, Unit No. 9, St. Lucie County, ~
Florida. If my sister predeceases, I give, bequeath and devise
the said property to my niece, Kathryn Brooke Savage, and my
nephew, Christopher Edward Savage, to be theirs jointly, each to
own an equal interest in said property as joint tenants and not
as tenants in common.
ITEM X: I give, bequeath and devise all my residuary estate,
being all property, wherever situated, in which I may have any
interest at the time of my death, not otherwise effectively
disposed of by this Will, to my sister, Mary Kathryn Savage. If
my sister, Mary Kathryn Savage, predeceases me, I give, bequeath
and devise all such property to iny niece, Kathryn Brooke Savage,
and my nephew, Christopher Edward Savage, to be divided equally,
