ITEM XI: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
sister, Mary Kathryn Savage, to be the Executrix of this my Last
Willand Testament, ~and I direct that no bond or undertaking be
required of her, either in this or any other jurisdiction whei~ein
my said Executrix may deem it necessary or advisable to qualify,
for the faithful performance of the duties as such and my Executrix
shall not be liable for any act or omission which does not
constitute fraud or wiZlful misconduct.
I hereby grant to and confer upon my Executrix full power to
do and perform all things necessary or advisable, in her discretion,
to facilitate the administration of my estate, or for any reason
which to her may seem to be for the best interest of my estate
and the beneficiaries thereof, including but not limited to: full
power to borraw money and to give a security therefor any assets
of my estate, to compromise and settle in such manner as in her
absolute discretion may seem proper all claims belonging to or
ac~ainst my estate, and to sell any property, real or personal,
owned by me at the time of my death, either at ~rivate or public
sale or sales at such price or prices and upon such terms and
conditions as my Executrix, in her sole discretion, may deem
advisable or proper.- All such power shaZl be exercisable by my
Executrix without prior application to or subsequent ratification
by or approval of the Orphans' Court or any other Court.
If, however, my aforesaid sister, Mary Kathryn Savage, shall
predecease me, or if for any reason she shall. be unable or
unwillinq to undertake or having undertaken to complete the
discharge of her duties as Executrix, then and in any of said
' events, I hereby name, constitute and aopoint in her place instead
