I, FRED H. SMITH, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils hereto-
~ore made by me.
I.
I direct that my remains be cremated.
II.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as may be found convenient.
IIZ.
I devise the sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00)
to my sister, RUTH LEMAIRE, 35 Stonehedge Road, Westbrook,
Connecticut 06498, should she survive me.
IV.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,

~ both real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned
f or hereafter acquired by me, I devise in equal shares to

~ GERALD L. SMITH of 50 E. lOth Street, Apartment 5D, New York,
New York, 10003, and MELBA M. SMITH, 4601 Georgia Avenue,
~ West Palm Beach, Florida, 33405, per stirpes.

~ I appoint MELBA M. SMITH as personal representative of my
~ estate, to serve without bond. In the event she is not willing
~
; or able to serve as such, I appoint my granddaughter, KAREN
PURIN, 14190 Harbor Lane, Lake Park, Florida, 33410, as personal
' representative, also without bond.
