I hereby give my personal representative, in addition to
the powers conferred by the laws of the State of Florida, the
power, without Court Order, to sell all or any part of the real
property at any time belonging to my estate, at public or private
sale, for cash or on terms.
VII.
I am leaving nothing to my son, RICHARD SMITH, of West Palm
Beach, Florida, as he has rejected me, and I have had no contact
with him for several years.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal,
