my said Son's children predecease me, then I give, devise and
bequeath the foregoing gifts to the survivor or survivors of them
(excluding MELANIE BREWER), and not to the descendant of any
grandchild who may have predeceased me. The aforesaid property
shall be divided in the absolute and sole discretion of my personal
representative.
FOURTIi: I give, devise and bequeath unto my Son, KENNETH
MICHAEL BREWER, to be his absolutely and forever, the following
described items:
A, One (1) $20.00 gold Mexican peso coin
B. One (1) $Z0.00 U. S. gold piece coin
C, One (1) 4 ducat gold Austrian coin
D, One (1) 1 ducat gold Austrian coin
~ E, One (1) 20 Crown sterling silver I974 Turks and
I Caicos Island coin
F, One (Z) Oriental upright chest of drawers (six
drawers)
G. One (1) Oriental desk and chair
H. One (1) Small oriental hinged chest I
In the event that my Son, KENNETH MICHAEL BREWER, predeceases
me, then the foregoing items shall be divided by my personal repre-
sentative among the children of my said Son living at the time of
my death. It is my intention that the foregoing gifts shall go to
the survivor or survivors of my said Son's children, and shall not
go to the descendant of any of my said Son's child or children
who may have predeceased me. The aforesaid property shall be
divided in the absolute and sole discretion of my personal repre-
sentative,
FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath aII the rest, residue,
and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal, or mixed, in-
cluding my home ].ocated at 2105 Golfview Court, Fort Pierce,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
