unto my Sons, FREDERICK EDMUND BREWER and KENNETH MICHAEL BREWER,
in equal shares, share and share alike, absolutely and forever,
per stirpes.
SIXTH: I hereby nominate and appoint FREDFRICK EDMUND
BREWER and KENNETH MICHAEL BREWER, as Co-Personal Representatives
of this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly confer upon
them power as such Co-Personal Representatives to administer my
estate, excusing them from giving any bond, or maki.ng any returns
to any Court. I expressly confer upon them full authority and
power to manage, invest, and reinvest~ and to sell and convey,any

part or all of my estate, at public or private sale, with or
without notice, as they may deem best, and without the order of
~ Court. I authorize them to make good and sufficient conveyances
to any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale for such
use as they may deem best for the interest of my estate. I
further hereby expressly confer upon them the authority and power
i to borrow money for the use of my said estate in any instance
i
j where they may think it necessary and proper, and to secure the
i same by mortgage, trust deed, or other form of security to or upon
i
~ any part of my estate; this they may do without the order of any

~ ~ Court.
~ ~ SEVE:~ITH: In the event that either FREDERICK EDMUND BREWER or

KENNETH MICHAEL BREWER fails to survive me or if either fails to
qualify as Co-Personal Representative, I nominate and appoint the
~
~ other as sole Personal Representative of this my Last Will and
r ~ Testament, giving and granting said sole Personal Representative
~
the same powers, rights, privileges and excuse from bond as herein-
~
before set forth for my Co-Personal Representatives.
