I, MARIE A. MORGAN, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Personal Representative to pay,
out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, including
the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise to my beloved grand-
daughter, LINDA SUE BISTERFELD, the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars (~5,000.00) and one hundred (100) shares of the
common stock of UNITED STATES FIDELITY & GUARANTY COMPANY, ,
provided I own said stock at the time of my death, provided
she survives me.
CLAUSE III: I give and devise to my beloved grandson,
FRANK CHISTIAN GRISAFO, the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) and one hundred (100) shares of the comanon stock

of UNITED STATES FIDELITY & GUARANTY COMPANY, provided I own
~ said stock at the time of my death, provided he survives me.

t CLAUSE IV: I give and devise to my beloved great-
; granddaughter, LEIGH BISTERFELD, the sum of Three Thousand

~ Dollars ($3,000.00) together with one hundred and fifty (150)
, shares of the common stock of UNITED STATES FIDELITY &
~ GUARANTY COMPAI~Y, provided I own said stock at the time of my

~ CLAUSE V: I give and devise to my niece, MARY MORGAN
