LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARIE A. MORGAN - Page Two

CLAUSE VII: The rest, residue and remainder of my es-
tate, real and personal, I give and devise outright to my
daughter, HELEN JEAN GRISAFO, per stirpes.
CLAUSE VIII: I name and appoint my daughter, HELEN JEAN
GRISAFO, as personal representative of this Will, to serve ~
without bond, and in the event she shall die, resign or be II
unable for any reason to act or to continue acting as such,
then I name and appoint my son-in-law, FRANK GRISAF'O, as such
personal representative, to serv~ without bond.
My Personal Representative shall have all the rights,
powers, duties, and responsibilities, including the power of
sale, granted to Personal Representatives and to Trustees un-
der Chapters 733.612, 737.402, and 738, Florida Statutes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal, this 24th day of June , 1988.
