4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent died domiciled and owning real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
5. JOYCE PINKOWSKI whose address is 1545 Leisure Drive,
Florissant, Missouri 63031 and who is qualified under the laws of ~

the State of Florida to serve as personal representative of the ~
decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as
personal representative because she is the person nominated by
the Will, and is otherwise qualified to act, (§733.301(1)(a),
Fla. Statutes).
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate is real property of less than $60,000.00.
7. The estate will not be required to file a federal
estate tax return.
~ 8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated July 6,

; 1988, accompanies this petition. ~

` 9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil ~

~ of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to
; probate and that JOYCE PINKOWSKI be appointed personal
~ representative of the Florida estate of the decedent and that she
~ served without bond as permitted by the Will.
