To comply with all requirements placed on the project by the City Commission and Florida Department of Transportation which were to be completed prior to the expiration date of the letter of credit furnished by Mr. Saucier to the City of Fort Pierce which had an expiration date of May 8, 1991. It was further agreed in said letter of commitment that if the items required in the attached letter of commitment were not completed by the end of the stated period, any businesses occupying the I premises would be closed and the premises would be vacated until the requirements were met.
