LETTER OF COMMITMENT FOR CONDITIONAL CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
FOR SOUTH BEACH PLAZA
I, Fred Saucier, acting as owner and representative of South Beach Plaza, located
at 1001 Seaway Drive, do hereby request that a Certificate of Occupancy be issued
for certain portions of said project. As owner and representative South Beach
Plaza, I pledge that, as a strict condition of receiving this temporary Certificate
of Occupancy, I will fully comply with the following items:
= 1. The Certificate of Occupancy will apply only to the retail shops
; and will not apply at all to the grocery store portion of this par-
' ticular project.
~ 2. Within thirty (30) days, all necessary documents will be submitted
~ to the Florida Department of Transportation for the required im-
provements to A-1-A (Seaway Drive).

~ 3. The letter of credit, formerly posted with the City Clerk and City
= Att~~rney, shall remain in full force and effeci until the requ~i-ed
E improvements along A-1-A (Seaway Drive) are completed.
F 4. All items and requirements placed on this particular project by
; ~ the Fort Pierce City Commission, during its approvat process,
~ K~ill be fully complied with.
~ ' I, Fred Saucier, fully understand and expect that should the items enumerated
~ in this letter of commitment not be completed as specified, that the Temporary
~ Certificate of Occupancy would automaticaliy be null and void at the end of the
` stated thirty (30) day period, and that the retail shops located in the South Beach
. Plaza would be required to close until such time as the above items are fully complied
with. The above mentioned thirty (30) day period sh commence with the signing
; of this document.
