SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE
HOMER P. DAVIDSON TRUST AGREEr1ENT
DATED NOVEMBER 20, 1974, AS FIRST A.'~NDED SEPTEMBER 30, 1976
WEiEREAS, HOMER P. DAVIDSON, as Settlor, and
HOMER P. DAVIDSOy as Trustee has entered into a Trust Agreement
dated ~lovember 20, 1974, as f irst amended September 30, 1976, ~

hereinafter referred to as Trust Agreement, and
' WIiEREAS, Lhe said Trust Agreement, pursuant to ~

~ ARTICLE XII, provides that:

E "The Settlor may by an instrument in writing

~ delivered to the Trustees (a) modify or alter this agreement, in I
~ any uanner, provided that the duties, powers, compensation and '
~
~ liability of the Trustees shall not be changed without their
~ written consent or (b) revoke it in whole or in part
~ '
~ I~IOW, THEREFORE, Settlor by these presents does
hereby modify and alter said Trust Agreement dated November 20,
1974, as amended September 30, 1976, in its entirety and does
substitute for said Trust Agreement, the following:
