~ TRUST AGitEEMENT
THIS AGREEMEIJT, made this day of ,
1978, by and between HOMER P. DAVIDSON of the City of Port St.
Lucie, Fl.orida, as Party of the First Part (hereinafter called
the "Grantor") and HOMER P. DAVIDSON of the City of Port St. Lucie,
Florida, as Party of the Second Part (hereinafter called the
"Trustee").

; tJHEREAS, the Grantor, desiring to create a trust for

~ the benefit of the beneficiaries hereinafter set forth, does
; hereby assign, transfer, convey and deliver to the Trustee the
~

~ property described in the schedule attached hereto and made a
~ part hereof, which schedule shall set forth the insurance policies
s
_
~ on the life of the Grantor which are or will be made payable to
~
the Trustee under the terms hereof; and

~ WHEREAS, additional funds, securities, life insurance
~
payable to the Trustee, and other property, including deferred
, compensation and interests in pension and profit sharing plans
; made payable to the Trustee, may be transferred by the Grantor or
F any other person, by Will or otherwise, from time to time to the

~ Trustee as additions to the trust, and all such further funds,

~ securities, life insurance and other property shall be dealt with

~ by the Trustee pursuant to the terms hereof, provided that all
