DAVIDSOP~ shall then be present, that each of them has examined him and determined that he is, in their opinion, incapable to act as Trustee hereunder. HOMER P. DAVIDSOi~'s incapacity shall be deemed to cease upon delivery of a similar certification or certifications to the Successor Trustee. •The Successor Trustee shall be completely exonerated from all possible liabilities or claims upon its exercising good faith in accepting such written certification or certifications and assuming the office of ! i Trustee.
