options of settlement as may be available to the Trustee at that j
time under the terms of any of said policies, and for such
purposes, the Trustee shall have full power to execute and
deliver any receipt or other voucher for the same, to institute
any suit or proceeding, and to do and perform any and alI other
acts necessary for collecting any sums which may be due and
payabZe on account of said policies; provided, however, that the
Trustee shall not, exceptcat its option, institute or maintain
.any litigation to enforce payment of any said policies until it
shall have been indemnified to its satisfaction against aIl
expenses and liabilities in which it may in its judgement be
involved by such action on its part, and when the Trustee shall
have collected the proceeds of such policies, then and thereafter
the Trustee hereunder shall handle, manage, invest and disoose of i
the incom~ and principal thereof together with the income and
principal of such other funds, securities and property acceptabZe
to the Trustee as sha21 be, or shall have been, Cransferred,
inter vivos or testamentary, to said Trustee by the Gxantor or by
others.
ARTICLE III
No insurance company whose policy or policies shall be
deposited hereunder and who shall make payment of the proceeds
thereof to the Trustee shall be required to inc~uire into or take
notice af any of the provisions of this instrument or to see to
the application or disposition of the proceeds of said policies,
