illness, accident or extraordinary financial distress, then the
TrustEe is authorized to use and expend from time to time such
part of the principal of this RESIDUARY TRUST estate as it may
deem necessary to make up such deficiency or meet such emergency.
3. During h~r lifetime, the Grantor's wife shall
have the absolute power to appoint in equal shares any portion
of the trust corpus and/or income to the issue of the Grantor.
However, said foregoing power is personal to Grantor's wife and

shall not be exercised by anyone e1se, such as Guardian, Receiver ,

I or Trustee of her person and/or property. During the lifetime of

f the Grantor's wife, she shall have the power to change the age
i
~ that Grantor's children will receive their respective share of
~ this trust upon the subsequent death of Grantor's wife. Grantor's
~ wife may modify such payout age as she shall deem best advisable
~ under circumstances then existing, but such modification must be
in writing signed by Grantor's wife and delivered to the Trustees.
~ 4. During her lifetime, the Grantor's wife shall
~ have the absolute power to annually withdraw the greater of Five
~
~ Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars or Five Percent (5%) of the value of

Lhe whole trust (as per value on date of last anniversary signing
of such Trust). However, said foregoing power is personal to
E Grantor's wife and shall not be exercised by anyone else, such as
~
~ Guardian, Receiver or Trustee of her person and/or property.

Said power of withdrawal shall be noncumulative and must be
~
~ exercised in writing signed by Grantor`s ~aife anc~ delivered to
~ Trustee.
