5. Upon the death of Grantor's wife, the trust ~
hereof shall run for the use and benefit of Grantor's children
until such time as there is no living child of Granto~ under the
age of twenty-two (22) years, and thereafter until each of Grantor's
children, respectively, shall arrive at the ages hereinafter
provided; and during the continuance of the trust hereof the
Trustee shall use and expend on behalf of Grantor's children, the
entire or such lesser portion of the net income, together with
such part of the principal sum from the trust property and estate
as the Trustee, in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, may deer~

; to be in the best interests of each of the beneficiaries, taking
all facts into account then known to the Trustee. Any surplus

k net income from the trust property and estate not distributed to

~ the beneficiaries pursuant to the provisions above shall annually
~ be distributed to Grantor's children in equal shares.

~ As part of the wide discretionary authority herein
~ bestowed upon the Trustee, but with no intention to in any way
~
~ limit or circumscribe Che Trustee's discretion, it is Grantor`s
~
wish that expenditures be made for the education of his children
if the Trustee believes such to be in their individual best
interests. As a matter of guidance to the Trustee, Grantor
~ desires that such education shall include a college, university,
~ finishing school, or professional school education for each
~
~ beneficiary to the extent that the funds in the trust estate are
~

~ considered by the Trustee to be sufficient for all purposes
~
