herein set forth and that such education, in the sole and un-
controlled discretion of the Trustee, shall be commensurate with
the ability and inclination of each such child, respectively, to
apply himself both diligently and seriously to such purposes'as
hereinbefore provided. There shall be no requirement that
distribution of income or principal be made equally among Grantor's
children and the Trustee shall not be liable for any such decisions
hereunder even though later events may prove such decisions Co
have been inequitable.
While it is Grantor's fondest wish that each and everyone of his
~ children avail himself or herself of the opportunity for graduate

' studies beyond Che basic four year college or university course,
it is also Grantor's belief that any trust funds utilized for

~ such graduate studies should properly be charged against the
~ c'ld re eivi he funds for such
eventual trust share of the hi c ng t
educational purposes. Accordingly, the Trustee is directed to
~ treat as an advancement, any such disbursements of trust funds

for the purposes of graduate or professional school education,
with such advancements being charged against the respective
beneficiary share of the trust upon division of the main trust as
; provided under subparagraph (a) below.
