as it shall deem appropriate to make up such deficiency or meet i

such emergency. As part of the wide discretionary authority
herein bestowed upon the Trustee, but with no intention to in any
way limit or circumscribe the Trustee's discretion, it is Grantor's
express wish that funds be made available to the trust bene-
ficiary for any type of educational purpose such as college,
university, finishing school, graduate or professional school
education; to assist the beneficiary in starting in a business or
profession or remaining in a business or profession; to assist
the trust beneficiary in acquiring a home; or for any purpose

~ whatsoever that the Trustee deems to be in the very best in-
~ terests of the beneficiary.
! (2) Each of Grantor's children shall

~ have the right to withdraw any amount or portion up to one-third
~ (1/3) of the body or corpus of the trust property and estate so

~ directed to be set aside and held in trust for him or her, as
~ and when he or she shall arrive at the age of forty (40) years,
E and thereafter each of Grantor's children shall have the right to
withdraw any amount or portion up to one-half (1/2) of the
balance on hand of the body or corpus of the trust property and

estate so directed to be set aside and held in trust for him or
