written notice to the Trustee which shall make distribution
withi reasonable time thereafter. In any event, each child's
trust all terminate no later than his or her death. Each child
shall have the unrestricted right and authority to direct, by
specific reference to the power in his or her Last Will and "
Testament, the disposition of that portion of the corpus of his
or her trust over which at the time of his or her death said
child had the power to withdraw as hereinbefore provided. Irrespective
of the date of execution of said Will, such disposition may be
made to his or her estate or to such person or persons and in
such manner as he or she alone may elect. If the Trustee receives

no notice of the existence of a Will of said child ~aithin six

months after his or her death, the Trustee may proceed without
' liability as if he or she had left no Will.
~ (3) To the extent that any child shall

~ die leaving all or any portion of his or her trust unappointed, ~
~ then upon his or her death, the remainder of the trust shall be ~

assigned, transferred, conveyed and paid over as follows: ~

a. If any of Grantor's children ~
