maintenance, education and welfare of such beneficiary, and shall
accumulate the rernainder of such income, if any, and add it to
the principal of such portion until such beneficiary shall attain
the age of twenty-one (21) years, whereupon the Trustee shall

distri_bute the entire remaining principal of such portion to such
beneficiary.
d. If all of Grantor's children
and their issue shall have died before they shall be entitled zo
, receive the entire body or corpus of the trust property, then
under such circumstances, all of the remaining trust property
shall be distributed outright to the heirs at law of Grantor in
accordance ~~ith the laws of Michigan as if the Grantor had then
died intestate.
6. In the event any income or discretionary
payments of principal shall become payable to a minor or to a
person under legal disability, or to a person not adjudged ~
incompetent but who by reason of illness or mental or physical
disability is, in the opinion of the Trustee unabZe properly to
administer such amounts, then the Trustee is authorized, in its
absolute discretion, to retain aIl or part of such income, and to
pay over and distribute alI or part of such income, or principal
for the suitable support, care and maintenance of such person in
such of the following ways as the Trustee shall deem best (a)
directly to such beneficiary (b} to the legally appointed guardian
or conservator of such beneficiary (c) to some person or persons
